BackSaver™ Office Seating Limited Warranty

BackSaver Office Seating, when used under normal, single-shift commercial and non-commercial applications, is guaranteed from the date of purchase to be free from defects in material and/or faulty workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This includes the chair frame, five-star base, pnuematic lift, adjustable arm brackets, and seat control mechanism. Standard cushion fill (foam) is warranted for one year: optional WonderFoam for 2 years. The various cover materials (leather and fabric) come with their own distinct warranty. For specific information, please check with the party with whom you made your purchase. In the unlikely event that warranty service is required on your chair, BackSaver will, at its option, repair or replace any model free of charge. This warranty does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, damage caused by storage, accident, fire, flood or act of God. This warranty shall be exclusive and shall be in lieu of any other expressed warranty, written or oral, including but not limited to, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
