Free shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous states and applies to all products featured on our web site. All our products are shipped FedEx, UPS, USPS, and are insured for the value of the product, any oversize or over weight products are shipped through LTL Carrier.

When will my order arrive?

To calculate when orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive, add the order processing time and shipping time. Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take additional time.

Business day is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please be aware that there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays for items shipped by FedEx/ UPS.

Order Processing time includes credit verification (billing address must match the address to where a customer's credit card bill or statement is mailed) and time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise is in-stock, your order should leave our warehouse in 2-7 business day. If the merchandise is backorder, it may take additional time. Expedite Shipping:
- Orders received by 3 p.m. CST, Monday to Friday - In-stock merchandise will be shipped same day.
- Please be aware there is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Expedite shipping time is provided by FedEx/ UPS, USPS. In an event that your package is not delivered n expected time, the upgrade charges will be credited to your account.

Without a direct request, UPS/FEDEX reserves the right to make the decision whether or not they will release a package without a signature. If a customer requests a package be delivered without a signature, the customer is responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen. If a customer wishes to guarantee a delivery with signature, they may request UPS/FEDEX deliver only with signature -UPS/FEDEX requires a $3 up-charge for this signature request service, this up-charge will be added to the order at the time of shipping.

Please verify that shipping address is correct at the time of order. UPS/FEDEX charges $8.50 for any address correction and this charge will be applied to the purchaser's credit card when notified by UPS/FEDEX, usually within one week after shipping.

Alternate Shipping Address:
Down Under reserves the right to request you to add the alternate shipping address to your credit card profile, for your and our security. Please note that if Down Under is not able to confirm the alternate shipping address with your credit card company, processing and shipping of your order may be delayed or order may be cancelled.

Packages returned to Down Under as undeliverable to the shipping address provided on the order - Customer will be credited minus all shipping/handling and processing costs.

SHIPPING FOR HAWAII & ALASKA

A limited number of products may be shipped to Hawaii & Alaska. Orders are subject to additional shipping charges. Billing address is defined as the address where a customer receives the credit card bills or statement. The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duty and brokerage charges. Please allow additional processing and shipping/transit time.
