Luxury Down Comforters, or as known in Europe and Canada as "Down Duvets", are filled with 550 Loft Canadian White Goose Down, for all season sleeping comfort! Canadian White Goose Down Comforter's outer shell is 100% Cotton - 320 TC Damask Stripe. To prevent down from shifting all over in the comforter, it is stitched with 12 inch square baffle box construction. Made in Canada.
Loft, or Fill Power, is the standard measurement of down quality. Measurements and Fill Power is determined by placing an ounce of down in a container. This is done to measure the volume it acquires. The volume is calculated in cubic inches. You would often see numbers such as 600, 700 and 800 Loft specified on our products. This specifies that the Fill Power is 600, 700 and 800 cubic inches. An ounce of down that occupies more space is better than an equivalent amount occupying less volume. Therefore the higher the Fill Power, the higher the quality of down.
